Frequently Asked Questions

Independent Living Facilities are a home-like setting that provides a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for adults who value their independence while benefiting from community living.

At this time we aren't accepting children, couples, or pets into our facility.

No. We have a housing agreement that participants sign stating all stays are on a month-to- month basis.

Utilities are included. All homes are fully funished, and you will have full access to shared common areas. All participants will receive a welcome basket with hygiene products upon arrival.

No. All participants entering our program must be 100% independent, and have the ability to care for themselves. They should not require nursing staff, around-the-clock supervision, or assistance with medications, bathing, dressing,  and grooming.

No. All participants must provide food for themselves every month. We will provide community resources to find food if you are in need.

We charge a one-time, non-refundable Community Fee of $150 and a non-refundable $40 background check fee upon arrival into program. We also charge a monthly program fee that varies based on eligibilty. 

Any program fees paid to Evergreen Blossoms is non-refundable. We will put in the extra effort to accomodate all participants.
